Return Eligibility

• Include original tags, packaging, and accessories
• Show no signs of damage, wear, or alteration

Velira reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet the above conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for returns or exchanges due to hygiene, customization, clearance sales, or limited-time promotional offers.

Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team with:

• Order number
• Product details
• Reason for return
• Clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

Once the request is reviewed and approved, return instructions will be shared.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed after the returned product has been received and inspected by our team. Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.

Shipping charges, if applicable, may not be refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange for eligible items based on product availability. If the requested replacement product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
